Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING 

All prices listed include FREE standard shipping. Once the method of payment is accepted and approved, the order will be shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday. Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Any order that is placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day and shipped within 24 - 48 hours. We do not ship on Sundays or Federal Holidays. Your glamorous tresses are shipped from our warehouses located in either California (USA) or Hong Kong (China). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking information once your order is shipped.

TRACK YOUR TRESSES 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking information to follow the journey of your tresses. In the event that there is a predicament with the delivery of your order, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to be available.

INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the consumer's responsibility to assure that correct shipping address is provided. We do our best to process and ship your order in a timely manner; therefore,  there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your shipping address.  If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as your confirmation e-mail is received. We will do our best to to modify your order. If it is too late for your order to be canceled, you can return your order to us once you have received it. Once the order is received to our warehouse, we will then ship it to the correct shipping address or provide you with a full refund.
